Terms of Service

DreemTeem HomeCare LLC provides non-medical in-home support services based on agreed scope, schedule, and care priorities documented during intake and follow-up planning. Service delivery may be adjusted for safety, emergencies, weather, staffing limitations, or operational constraints. We communicate significant changes as quickly as possible.

Clients and representatives agree to provide accurate intake information, maintain a reasonably safe care environment, and report relevant changes in condition, hospitalization, or contact details in a timely manner. Scheduling, cancellations, and billing expectations are governed by the active service agreement.

Appointment requests, including consultation bookings tied to application submissions, are subject to administrative review and approval by Elizabeth Aubrey or an authorized Care Team employee. Confirmation is provided after review, and requested times are not considered final until confirmed.

Continued use of services indicates acceptance of these terms and any future written updates issued through official business communication channels.
